El proceso de selección en Airbus es bastante sencillo comparado con otros que he realizado en el ámbito de la consultoría. Básicamente son tres fases: la primera, entrevista telefónica; la segunda es una videollamada mediante HireVue con competency-based questions; y, por último, entrevista presencial allí de mayor profundidad. Personalmente esta última fue bastante sencilla, entrevistadores cercanos y preguntas sencillas sobre el curriculum.

Very easy and simple basic question. They just asked me how it went and they checked my documents asked me for my availability
And it was a simple easy interview would definitely recommend it. No need to stress as by yourself.

Interview
Process took about 3 weeks. Applied and 2 days later HR reached out to schedule a 1.5 hour interview. The interview was a behavioral, technical, and assessment. One other interview was scheduled to meet the head of the department. Very quick and efficient process.

Interview
First call with HR to understand motivation and alignment of interests and expectations with the job, second group interview with HR to understand level of interaction, one final interview with hiring manager to understand motivation and personal experience.
