I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accenture in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process is extremely weird and complete rubbish.
The interview was of 3 stages
1. Stage 1 coding round (No technical questions asked)
2. Stage 2 coding round (No technical questions asked)
3. Stage 3, a 3 hr round interview with two interviewers and again 2 coding rounds in that and hardly a technical question. + you do a presentation
No questions asked on design, no algorithm-based question, no questions on performance tuning, no questions on frameworks. This is extremely weird just coding round and that too some concurrency which you solve through with basic constructs like synchronized, wait and notify.
In the last coding round, this developer asks you to write a lexer with too many if's and but's, because he might have encountered it in the production and he expects you to write it down in 1 hr and has a serious communication problem. His question also took me by surprise. Eventually, in the rejection, they cited coding issues, and I am wondering how did they approve the first two rounds of my coding.
No HR rounds nothing and 3rd stage is the final one. It's an extremely unbalanced interview process.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Athènes, , Attique) in Feb 2020
Interview
At first, there was an HR interview. We talked about me but, constantly listened to HR boasting about the company's successful projects. It ended with some 'IQ tests' in which there was code formatted for un-readability intentionally. (eg. weird spaces added/lines removed or added so to pose difficulties to the reader of the code). I hope it is not an example from the successful projects.
After a few days, we scheduled a technical interview. I was welcomed with the exact words "Hello, we have a lot of questions about the things you write in your resume if you actually have done all of that". The main topic of the discussion was my opinion on overtime and how I 'punish' under-performing juniors.
Never heard of them again. I think I wasn't a good fit for the company!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Chennai) in Feb 2021
