The 4 steps until you get hired:
1-Send your CV
2-Phone Call Interview (very short)
3-Intelligence Tests&English Tests at their Offices (not quite difficult, but long)
4-Personal Interview (half in english half in spanish)
They are looking for engineers and people with analytical skills.
The whole selection process takes over 3 weeks since the beginning of the selection rounds.

Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
