Interview
HR contacted me and asked me to arrange for an interview was I was overseas at that time. I was referred to by a friend for the interview and the interview was with two people. Generally behavioural and competency questions which require you to think on your feet and show your logical reasoning abilities.

What was your most challenging experience and how did you overcome it.
why do you want to join? tell me about your past experiences and why would you like to work in Accenture. Also what did you studied in university and which was your favourite subject
Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Something along: Explain how you would design and build feature X using Agile methodologies.
Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
