Interview
First will be assessment test which includes 4 levels such as scenario based , game based, technical mcqs, and coding
2nd round will be written and verbal communication
3rd round is hr round which is held for max 15 minutes

Challanges faced
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
