Solo due Step per essere assunti:
1- telefonata conoscitiva con qualcuno del team di risorse umane
2- colloquio tecnico con una persona appartenente al team di cui farai parte
Domande abbastanza semplici bisogna solo saper dimostrare di essere capaci a ragionare

Fanno domande tecniche mettendoti davanti ad un business case reale per vedere come approcci al problema
why do you want to join? tell me about your past experiences and why would you like to work in Accenture. Also what did you studied in university and which was your favourite subject
Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
