Hiring was fast tracked as there were immediate needs in a growing practice- hence the process was accelerated and I was even allowed to join after 3 month period.
There were three rounds of in-person interviews- technical, managerial and HR, all in the same day- offer was release within a week and was given a week to respond.

Telephonic Interview- 1st round was Technical round and 2nd round was Managerial round. In the ask Technical rounds, the interviewer did not ask any technical questions but concentrated more on SAP Project management skills. In the managerial round, the HR lady was very boorish and haggled on the salary. I was forced to tell her that that XXXX is the final card on the table and she had two options. Take it and leave both of us happy or leave it and we both get to cut down on our phone bills. She relaxed after that and got the offer a few days after that
