Question 1
Questions were related to technical skill. team leading and project management related scenarios.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Aug 2018
Interview
Interview process was very smooth and quick. Very supportive hiring team. There was no waiting time after the 1st round. Another round was scheduled within 15 minutes, followed by a personality test in 2 weeks.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Apr 2021
Interview
Interview process consisted of 3 technical rounds followed by HR round.
First round was a kind of Managerial where interviewer asked about projects I have accomplished and what algorithms I used and WHY.
Second and third round were core technical round where questions on basic Stats and Deep learning was explored as I have mentioned NLP so interviewer mainly focused on NLP part for later half of in interview process. Questions are easy and direct to answer. If you have clear understanding of concepts you can easily clear interview process
But be aware to discuss your salary expectations with HR very clearly. First they agrees to what I was expecting and after clearing all rounds they put Offer on hold saying you are expecting a bit high and we don't have that much of budget.
Now strange part is when I asked her aboout the same during our initial discussion she said budget is not an issue. You just clear technical rounds..lol
Anyway Accenture is known for such stupidity at least in India, so suggesting to be clear n that so your expectations aren't crushed even after clearing the selection process.
