Interview
I came in through the college hire process and spoke with a recruiter. The recruiter then contacted me for an interview on campus several weeks later, which lead to an in office interview. The in office interview occurred over the course of the morning and had four sections: a case study, writing sample, behavioral, meeting with a current associate, and a manager interview.

Question 1
The most difficult question was probably being asked straight up what a person with little experience in the field could contribute to the company, and not being cliche about it.
It was two day long process by Accenture. The aptitude assessment was given to private assessment company Merittrac. The aptitude was as simple to crack as walking through the door. Selected students were called next day for Group Interviews. A group of 5people were asked to sit with 2 interviewee in each room. we were asked about our background, internship, and the most common question of all "why do you want Accenture?"
The result came the next day and I was selected.
