It was smooth and efficient. It was very easy and all the rounds were designed perfectly. I have cleared all the four rounds of interviews and got the offer. But I had to decline it since it was a US shift and I didn't want to do night shift anymore but overall good interview experience.

The interview was a phone interview. The questions were just basic confirmation of details. Unfortunately, they only prefer those with BPO experience already and has obvious reservations with those who do not have but have extensive experience on other fields.
It was smooth, and I was able to finish all of the interviews in a day. It was through a phone call, but everything was dealt with professionally. You'll go through stages of interviews, but they will guide you and you just have to wait patiently.
