Miscommunication between the Recruiter and the Company as to what job I was interviewing for, did not speak to an HR rep in advance. Interviews ran late and key people were omitted. Pressure to make a decision quickly. No job description shared.

Attended the NSHMBA Conference and was asked to a 1:1 interview after talking with a recruiter on the floor. Interview stalls were extremely tight, and you could hear candidates being interviewed to the right and left of you.
Standard behavioral questions in addition to the "walk me through your resume" type questions.
