Interview
One phone interview with a recruiter followed by a face to face interview with a hiring manager and a functional manager (two people). Went through the resume. A few questions on methodology and tools. Nothing too technical. I was given minimal info about projects.
First stage is a phone interview with the HR. The second stage is a teams interview with the hiring manager as well once you get through the first stage with the typical question and answer format for both before the next stage.

I got ghosted after a call with the recruiter, no email or anything. Then the recruiter called me back 3 weeks later asking me the same questions I already answered. Told him I was not interested in moving forward.
