I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
Fairly easy. Apply online, recruiter calls you and asks standard screening questions. Next step I had a video interview with 2 people that are in similar roles. Finally, meet in person with the hiring manager who will likely be your team leader. They are pretty desperate to hire people it seems. It should be known that I accepted the job as I left another one for contractual reasons and this will just be a place holder. They do not negotiate anything with your offer, don't even have the decency to pay for your parking not only for the interview process but also throw that on as a surprise a day or two before your start date. I would suggest looking elsewhere or even into hourly jobs if this is your first job out of college, otherwise brace yourself for living with your parents again or in section 8 housing.

Very good interview experience. The interviewer was not intimidating. Focused on past Telecom experience. Talked about projects in the past, their size and funding and close out experience. Agile vs SDLC projects. Size of the teams.
