I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2017
Interview
-Tedious
-Lots if situational questions
-Be prepared to have multiple interviews
-Follow up with thank you letters
-Speak on your experience with retain and flexibility, they need someone willing to do all jobs
Show up to the open house-- no one seems to dress beyond pajamas-- get a tour, and then speak to a totally disinterested and post grad power-trip manager. Very hostile and judgmental. She definitely didn't know how to interact with people, so don't expect good management.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at ALDI in Jan 2021
Interview
Thirty minute interview with two male managers asking why someone like myself would want to work there because I “looked above” the job. Went over education, work history and was asked about personal life.
