It was good. The lady was very nice, and seemed to be very understanding. however, I did have to wait 30 extra minutes over my interviewing time because they were low staffed.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Grand Forks, ND)
Interview
Was a group interview,Was told we were supposed to travel nearly 80 miles each way daily to an open store for training in our own vehicles. I told them I had no license due to epilepsy .I ended up being turned down for supposedly not enough experience but I have over 20 years retail and grocery experience. Never knew you needed a license to drive to another town when you're applying to a job position IN TOWN.Maybe put that in your post
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDI (Tulsa, OK) in Mar 2022
Interview
it was very intimidating, the guy asked nothing towards long term goals or relevancy towards the company. Took about 15 minutes, and he just needed someone to fill a void.
