AIG Contact Center Representative interview questions

I received a call to interview with the call center manager and after that, another interview was scheduled to interview with the site director. 2 days later I received a call that an offer will be made and a background check was in process. The background check took a little longer than expected. The 3rd party asked for information such as check stubs, W2s, etc.
