Interview
Easy technical questions on basic electrical engineering. Just brush up basics on switchgear, drives and motors. Management rounds were much longer, had a Group discussion (which was quite long about an hour), & HR interview. The HR interview was surprisingly long (and funnily HRs literally write down everything you say)

Interview
This passage describes the recruitment process if one is applying through is university placements.
First of all they will short list all the eligible candidates from the list of all candidates. After this an online test is conducted , which is quite simple and consists of basic engineering questions related to your field. Those who pass the test are called for a centralized interview session.
Interview has four rounds.
Round 1: (Technical Interview)- You will be interviewed by a single person (or sometimes 2). Questions are quite basic. They will check your basic understanding of the concepts. You can also ask questions and discuss with them. Healthy discussion is encouraged. They will help you with hints and it is quite comfortable. It may take 40 min to 1 hr.
Round 1 is a knock out round. After this round all other rounds are conducting for testing specific abilities.
For the following rounds a group of 10 candidates each is made and sent together.
Round 2: (Presentation) - You will be given a problem statement and asked to prepare a presentation on a chart paper. Topic is quite simple. It maybe that you own some kind of company (vehicle manufacturer or toy maker) and you have to introduce some new added advantage to your business, as required by the market.
Round 3: (HR interview) - While you are making presentations, one by one they will cal you for 1:1 interview. HR guy has a set of 20 questions. Keep answering calmly and without hesitation. Dont lie. Answer the questions truthfully. They keep watching your expressions. Bit it is quite comfortable experience. You may ask questions, if any, after the interview is finished. HR interview may take something around 45 min - 1 hr.
Round 4: (General Discussion) - All the candidates in one group are seated in a conference hall , maybe round table. A topic is given and preparation time is 5-10 min. After this you should discuss and express your views among the group. Do not try to dominate. Allow others to speak. In the end you must arrive at some conclusions.
