Applied for the job online and heard nothing back until over two months later with an automated video interview request. There is a line on the email about getting in contact if you have any questions but no way to do so. If you reply to the email you receive a Postmaster failure response.

A week after I applied they have sent me a link for a video recorded interview. Talking about bias in the recruitment... Anyway, I decided ro give it a shot and spent 1 hour recording myself answeeing written questions in their system. For each question you have 3 minutes to answer and 3 takes. They have never sent me any feedback and it has been 3 months now. Very unprofessional. If you already do not have time to interview yourself but force candidates to record themselves talking with themselves, at least have enough decency to send a rejection letter. I would say poor interview experience, although I am not sure if this could even be called an interview.
