I'm an Enterprise AE as a mid-size tech company. What is the difference between a "Coaching Plan" and a "Performance Improvement Plan"? I was just put on a Coaching Plan. Is there a difference? What exactly is it? Can it be overcome ... or is it the same dumb game as a PIP (we know what that stands for - Paid Interview Period)? It is 4 weeks long and a bunch of homework not directly tied to revenue numbers. It can all be completed. All thoughts and experiences on this are appreciated.
