Cons

Where do I even start? Pay is way below market. Your total compensation will be several years behind your peers at other consulting firms. Clueless, condescending management. Most of the French leadership has only worked at French companies their entire careers. They have no idea how to coach, mentor, or build relationships. Some even struggle with basic communication skills. Dishonest recruiting and sales tactics. They bait-and-switch junior hires from top schools, sell projects no one in the firm has ever done, then scramble by outsourcing the work to contractors, further eating the bare minimum margins. Limited exit opportunities. Don’t expect this place to set you up for a great next step. If you thrive in a toxic, overly political environment, if you're French, or if all of the above sounds great to you—then go for it. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
