      Work Process Good employee brain washing techniques

      Cons

      Politics People from Mumbai never allow candidates to grow. Company wanted control over coimbatore employees. They keep sending in managers from Mumbai. No dedicated goal to hone skills of the employees located in coimbatore. Micro management at its peeks. Appraisal platform never considers the hard work and the dedication. Managers obviously love pets. no other words. Profanity controlled. Employee Benifits - Cost cutting techniques are cruel!
