I have seen ups and downs in business, people and technology in the last 13+ years at Ugam however one thing that remains unchanged here is “People Centric” culture. Open door policy enables us as an employee to ask questions to leadership team right up to the C-Suite. This helps us to strengthen our confidence in the organization. Last 18+ months - where there is so much impact on the human lives and business due to COVID where I don’t believe there is any organization who has not got impacted financially, mentally or by it’s people health. Like everyone else Ugam has also been a victim of COVID despite that Ugam has not asked a single employee to leave due to business going down in the initial months of COVID rather Ugam came-up with various financial and non-financial help to support employees to navigate through COVID.
