      People are very friendly. Goregaon office is very huge. Benefits like pick and drop. No Time constraints for shifts.

      Great projects. Work environment. It's easier to build connections. The quality of your workplace is assured. You can benefit from the culture of your organisation.

      Cons

      Night Shift. Salary is quite low for freshers depending on the work they do.

      Pros

      It's a good working environment. People are supportive and office ambience is nice. Salary raise is decent.

      Cons

      Workload is mostly too much to handle. People always extend beyond their working hours. To the point that leaving on time is looked down upon. But I guess that's a general Indian corporate culture and Ugam is not any different. They have a complete night-shift (EST shift). It's very unhealthy in long term.
