People mindset is just incredible, a lot of great talents. If you like to build, challenges and are willing to be an actor of the change, this is the place to be. Unique value proposition with smart people all around. Top sales.

Cons

Fast paced environment that might not be for everyone. Potentially a lot of processes here and there but at least it works and is consistent.
