Great recruiting/hiring experience with good communication and support from recruiters to help candidates be prepared Good work culture

Cons

Growing fast and there is a lot of scaling issues however, not a uniquely ServiceNow issue and leadership is working hard to be address and mindful of how scaling Teams in different time zones are a bit challenging to find a working time for everyone
