Great training environment. Will train from Entry Level. Management is not afraid to throw you into something that they think you can handle.

Cons

Upper management doesn't seem to mind management working 60+ hours a week sometimes 6 or 7 day work weeks. Compensated for extra days only if upper management allows. While in training management will throw you into somethings that you might not be ready for.

Pay is good and benefits too. Staff are friendly.

Cons

Management treat staff like we're kids or stupid. We're all adults there's no need for management to treat us this way. No opportunities of moving up.
