management: Useless, rude and SO unorganised

Don’t think there is any Pros.

Cons

MANAGEMENT - Never bother to acknowledge you. - Sit in the office all day and don’t bother to help out. - No appreciation / recognition. They USE staff by getting them to be “supervisors” but don’t pay the correct wage. - DONT bother reporting problems as they get ignored. Especially about other staff, you will just get moved while the problem stays and gets worse. - Everything left to last minute even though you continue to remind them ; stock, functions. - SOOOO much food waste and they don’t care. Yet cut everyone’s shifts to try save money.

Large company, great insurance and benefits.

Cons

HR disputes are laughable and never anonymous. Staff are regularly underpaid or paid incorrectly.
