Pros

Free and discounted food if you enjoy fried garbage.

Cons

Pandas Management is the worst I have ever had to work with. Immature, uneducated, disrespectful, and they have no idea how to communicate with the other employees. The schedule is never done properly and they will slash your hours if you call out sick even a single time. I have been a cook there for 6 months now and would not advise anyone to work for Panda Express.

Pros

Free food during break time and many opportunities to advance within the company. Friendly staff.

Cons

No type of downtime. If they see you just standing around they will make up something for you to do whether it's clean the walls or pick up garbage in the parking lot. Many random inspections and they are VERY particular about every little detail. The way the spoons are to be positioned, the portion sizes, your uniform, etc etc.

Pros

Free meal on break, learn about restaraunt industry, Good deal of training for managers, and most employees are super nice. A way to change your life ( if your willing to be brainwashed).

Cons

This is a privately held company and the CEO's want everyone to be the same. You have to think the same work the same, look the same and there is absolutely no sense of diversity at this company whatsoever. I am speaking in terms of ethnicity origin, mindset and thinking, as well as personality. Your not given a chance to shine and be yourself here. You are forced to be alike in every way. you are not allowed to think differently or express any sort of individual thought process which in my opinion stifles creativity and suppresses great workers. The 7 habits of highly effective people is treated like the bible. You must find your purpose in life and create a new way of being in order to stay employed. The company culture really feels like an extension of Chinese communism. I honestly see them facing a huge law suit in the near future either from eeoc violations, discrimination or wrongful termination.
