      Decent start off pay but that's about it.

      Cons

      -Bad leadership -Too many minorities speaking different languages -Only Asians allowed in management positions -Feels awkward being the only white person of probably 15 minorities -Bad communication between management and employees (especially when you can't understand what they are saying)

      benefits are good. career path is really good if you work hard. free meal during working. friendly environment. training part is so beneficial.

      Cons

      interview process is not professional. some general managers do not know how to teach and lead people. ijoined the panda preview , (i cant speak spanish) general manager talked to other people in spanish , it was so rude especially if you are getting the training.
