      Pay, growth opportunities, benefits, personal development

      Cons

      A lot of area manager's have huge ego issues. Double standards. Workload actually doesn't make the pay worth. (average salary is $60,000/80hrs= only $30,000/year) so technically, I'm working two jobs. Upper management doesn't care that the managers work to themselves to death. I have had several friends quit because they were afraid for their health.

      Get pay more than min wage Free Meals Discounts & Benefits Co-workers very friendly Very easy to manage up Get raises every 6 months depending on how you work and your manager.

      Cons

      Too high expectations, you gotta be a fast pace person and quick learner if not they will let you go. Manager doesn't put up with slow working and slow learner person. Little time on training. Make you walk around all day and talk to customer nonstop. Sometimes the customer looks annoyed on how you keep on bothering them. Make you take an online class everyday, ridiculous! Make you do say this five rule thing every time you see a customer
