Executive team completely detached from the organisation and the culture. Terrible toxic culture of backstabbing. Staff to afraid to talk to each other for fear of recriminations. Multiple HR complaints about staff ignored. Bonus scheme convoluted to deliberately obfuscate staff. Very high staff turnover. Management told to run "Lean" teams to protect executive bonuses.
