      Pros

      Great product knowledge due to the wide range of products offered in the global Corporate market. Complex financial instruments offered by the bank allow employees to learn and gain valuable financial knowledge to compete effectively in the job market

      Cons

      Local culture is bureaucratic and narrow minded. demographics of the workforce is towards the aged workers hence strong resistance towards change and very restrictive thinking. Inability to be flexible and to think out of the box.

      Pros

      It's a place where you are encouraged to go outside your comfort zone and try new things. Time off and benefits are very reasonable, people are friendly. Can't beat the location. Product line up is arguably best in industry and is supported by a sophisticated sales model.

      Cons

      Challenges include small size of company relative to other industry leaders. An opportunity to take on challenges but at times you are at a loss for step by step guidance.
