      The pay was comparable to other companies in the industry.

      Cons

      They demanded a specific number of completed jobs per day, regardless of the location or condition of the plant (which is in bad shape but they refuse to spend the money to fix it). They claim these numbers are based on averages, but nearly all the technicians are either not making their numbers, or are barely making them.

      Pros

      PTO time was good, some managers were better than others. The good ones really worked with you and helped you become a more experienced and valuable employee.

      Cons

      Employees are nothing more than a number. Company grew too much for its own good. They don’t value the employees that have been there for a long time and have been loyal.
