      Pros

      None, except for an understanding boss because of whom I could stick to the organisation.(I was lucky)

      Cons

      Lot of politics, Deep differentiation between parent company employees & other sister concerns(acquired company's staff). HR is non-existent. Resigning & relieving process is hell a lot difficult and one needs to prepare atleast 6 months in advance, then also there is no surety that you will be relieved on the assured date.

      Pros

      - If you are in the right department or program there is a lot of learning opportunities. -Great for an entry level company

      Cons

      - HR is very disorganized. I was never added to the employee email list so I never knew about anything going on in the office. My job title was also wrong on everything, even though it was correct on my offer letter, and it was never changed after notifying HR. - There was no room for growth and many dead end jobs. - Very cliquey, if you get on the bad side of the ring leader then you are on everyone’s bad side - don’t value their employees - low pay

      Pros

      Had a great Manager and Great Coworkers on my team, Company is flexible. Allowed for Brief Work remote opportunity.

      Cons

      No official training was offered. Also big changes are made and people get left in the dark, Compensation is low for the area.
