Initial recruitment process seemed smooth and professional

Cons

- Unprofessional handling of recruitment: After successfully completing interviews, receiving an offer in October 2024, and signing the contract in early November, I was informed just one week before my start date that the recruitment was canceled. - Lack of communication and transparency: At no point during my three-month notice period did they provide any indication that plans had changed. - Misleading and unreliable management: After I visited their office to discuss this, they told me I could still start on the agreed date. However, after just one week of work, they abruptly ended my contract without warning. - Total disregard for candidates’ time and careers: I resigned from my previous job and planned my career move based on their offer, only to be left without a job due to their poor decision-making and lack of accountability.
