Pros

Love the environment. Love my crew. The hours were good.

Cons

To move up in this company you have to really brow nose. I worked so hard for four years and only made a shift leader position. I worked harder than anyone in that place and recived high marks but only made 14 an hour. I did bread orders, cleaned like no other, had great shop records, trained the the new hires, trained the new managers in training, had the best customer service. I even switched stores frequently to help other stores out. Did everything I could to help this company and was promised higher positions so many times but they always gave it away to someone else.

Pros

Free lunch and good training day programme and shifts are flexible.. Company also prioritises the customer and deals with any problems quickly.

Cons

Treatement of staff is very poor. Management is extremely critical of work done and have unresonable expectations of the staff. The continual micromanagement gets quite grating.
