Pros

Most of the people that you work with have good attitudes about the work and the company as well. Relatively new in the Canadian market and has a lot of potential for career growth for Supervisors and Managers. Very good video materials for training.

Cons

Most of the locations are busy and labor like elsewhere is sometimes cut to the skeletal. Employees get slammed when it gets busy and some people , specially the part timer students don't show up for their shifts. As an American brand, standards are set but are difficult to meet on busier times. Gets so stressful when these scenarios happen.

Pros

Lots of opportunities for quick growth into the position for the right person. I had a great boss who was encouraging, helpful, hardworking, and really set the bar high. Compensation was good and there were multiple levels of incentive based pay (bonuses) that were anywhere from normal to almost impossible to hit.

Cons

Not much of a life outside of work which should hardly be a surprise for anyone who has been a general manager before. Your experience with the company really depends on who's above you- some are great to work for and others aren't. Super-competitive environment can be a good thing or it can lead to this position consuming your life.

Pros

Not even a single thing as a employer, worst place to work maybe in the entire country. Good place to eat, not to work.

Cons

Absolutely worst place to work, i've been there for 6 months, the things they won't from you compare to the wage us just unbelievable... Extremely long hours on feet, small brake (only 45 minutes for 11 hour shift). Example for payment last pay slip i had 79 hours and got paid £480. Employees got robbed all the time (phones, wallets even clothes) no action taken whatsoever. The pressure and stress in unreal, shifts are extremely inconvenient and at least at my workplace the staff was awful, management - joke. The restaurant is great place to eat, high standard and very clean, but as a employer i'm telling it to everyone and hope to get to a lot of people, once i worked there i rather be homeless than going back, if you value your dignity, health and social life never start working there, they treat their employees as slaves, and the payment is one big joke, worst place to work in whole Uk!
