      Pros

      The pro which I feel is the HR and finance team are approachable. The compensation is good. Only good for fresher's.

      Cons

      If you are an experienced person I recommend not to join this company. Huge risk ... There are many senior members working since last 8 to 10 years and they play huge politics. The play favourites like giving opportunities to their loved ones who do buttering to them . They don't see who is really working and who is not. I have not seen any new projects gained in last 3 years. They are running existing projects which are on verge of moving out.

      Lovely people and good company - in transition

      Lovely people Nice working culture Decent benefits and pay rates Company itself has a lot of untapped potential so could provide great opportunities for the right people

      Cons

      Company is in transition - so depending on the role you take its full of opportunities, but equally you could find it lacking in opps compared to what you thought you were getting into Growth strategy isn't clear so hard for employees to know how best to make their mark
