MANAGEMENT
- Never bother to acknowledge you.
- Sit in the office all day and don’t bother to help out.
- No appreciation / recognition. They USE staff by getting them to be “supervisors” but don’t pay the correct wage.
- DONT bother reporting problems as they get ignored. Especially about other staff, you will just get moved while the problem stays and gets worse.
- Everything left to last minute even though you continue to remind them ; stock, functions.
- SOOOO much food waste and they don’t care. Yet cut everyone’s shifts to try save money.
