Pros

You start .50 above minimum wage, but now I heard they are not giving that extra .50 anymore so you'd just start at minimum wage. You get a raise every 6 months and a bonus check around every 2 months. There's health, eye, & dentist insurance that you can get. You can get 401k and vacation hours for those who do 30+ hrs a week.

Cons

There are so many double standard managers that work there. You well always get yelled at. If you work for the back of the house they well treat you like crap. You well get you butt worked hard. You get burns from oils, your hands get dried, cracks, and it be itchy from touching degreeser and sanitizer. People have cut themselves with knives.

Our starting hourly associate rate will still be 50 cents above minimum wage and there is no minimum working hours requirement to sign up for 401k with company matching.
