      Independence to manage your own workload and opportunity to work from home Can work with analyst and data to provide insights Potential for high visibility projects to get recognized by V and C class managers

      Cons

      Very weak onboarding and zero documentation on any process or technical spaces you may be working within. Turnover on executive managers and changing on long term vision Getting put in touch with the right people to learn is difficult as there is little effort on doing a warm onboarding and it's truly a "Trial by Fire" type onboarding process. Most analysis and process changes never get adopted and becomes repetitive of studying same metrics without change

      Pros

      Super friendly team and staff. I have even connected with interns outside of my position and made great friends from this internship. You get to participate in numerous events and listen to guest speakers. Highly recommend this internship program!

      Cons

      My position was remote. While being at home is a plus, it can be challenging to connect with your manager or mentor since they have their own busy schedules.

      Remote-ish, which I love if I go out of state I don’t have to take time off. Management is outstanding.

      The promotion road map is confusing and typically not brought up unless you ask
