The operatives are genuinely the nicest people you will meet.

Cons

Arrogant managers if you could call them Managers, do not care about anyone but themselves. Treat other managers like dirt and everyone is a number, if you face doesn’t fit, you are out. Operational leaders are poor all they are interested in is their own gain.

Decent wage for the position.

Cons

Awful board level culture. Factories running at over capacity with outdated equipment. Never felt remotely appreciated. Had the pleasure of a meeting with the UK MD early in his tenure, not an experience I'd be in a rush to repeat!
