Pros

Was once a good company to work for Decent pay Good benefits

Cons

Poorly managed No development opprtunities Reducing head count left right and putting pressure on the staff that are left, investing no time or money into proper training creating alot of long term sick absence.

Pros

Generally very good care of staff Pay is ok to good, depending on business unit Some quite talented people, although not many Internal job board very active Great work life balance

Cons

Highly bureaucratic and slow Average staff quality not great - a lot of people doing the same jobs for decades (although that's probably just the industry) Lots of IT problems (again, may be the industry)
