      Pros

      Great place to work. In an exciting sector. Good strategic position with strong balance. Great values: safety, good sense, accountability, teamwork, respect, transparency and passion. Great benefits too

      Cons

      not everything is perfect. Some areas of the company still need to work on value and breaking silos. Compensation is average but solid in the long run, Great career opportunity for motivated self-started. You need to be able to show initiative for sure

      Pros

      Great Benefits, employee perks (occasional free lunches), matched 401K, physically active job. Somewhat responsive managers.

      Cons

      Reactive company policy on safety. Lower and middle management is constantly run ragged. Loads of OT during maintenance cycles (can be good or bad). Pathetic formalized training. Employee training is based on learning from your coworkers. Pay is below industry standard. Feels like working at the jiffy lube of the wind turbine industry.

      Average to good pay depending on business unit Some good management

      Cons

      No real grasp on what their staff are actually feeling. Quantity over quality work 'motivation', with quality over quantity reviews. No investment in it's people - staff are often training themselves or even providing own equipment. Skills of individuals not used effectively.
