No structure/organization. ALL Management does not care at all about employees or work relations, just money and numbers. No communication between anybody and hours fluctuate all the time. If you're looking for paycheck stability this place will NOT give you that. It seems like Management purposely hires people that are incapable of doing this job just to make things harder for the other employees that are actually competent. They dont tell you when you first get hired about the fluctuating hours and tell you at the last minute about a 2 week unpaid break. NO ROOM TO GROW.
