      Profound Incompetence abounds

      Pros

      Work hours coincided with business being served. We worked when they worked most of the time.

      Cons

      Completely incompetent management. Completely incompetent (zero education nor experience) "Executive Chefs & management ". These people, once infiltrated, hired their lacking friends and took over. Not a one of them had professional training, couldn't cook, and no knowledge of food safety-yet put in positions of authority. I would give zero stars if given the option.

      Competitive salary. Occasionally off on weekends and holidays.

      Cons

      It's impossible to please the client when the company overpromises but under delivers. Upper management is quick to throw whomever under the bus to make it look like they are pleasing the client. When in actuality they are cutting corners every which way possible to save a penny. Proceed with caution.

      Pay scales and bonuses were very generous.

      Cons

      Racism, low integrity, stealing from clients. Work hours roughly 70 per week, availability 7 days a week. No vacation time granted and expect to work when you are on vacation. Had an RVP M Stockman who was xompletely inept, no personal values, fired people because “they had accents”, open,y said in meetings that having strong personal values doesn’t matter with HR nodding along in the room. Stealing from clients. Just stay away.
