Pros

Cap is one of the Best Consulting Companies to work with. Its employee culture is really good. There is potential growth for freshers. There is transparency to the higher management. Besides,Cap encourages transitioning from one background to another, one country to another. Training programs are good too. I love Cap!

Cons

Hmm...well..i am comparetively new to the company.I think, the only downside is ,Cap doesn't market its brand as aggressively as the rest of the companies like Accenture ,Deloitte or IBM do.

Pros

Capgemini has a very good culture of young energetic workers from many backgrounds that bring alot to the table. Newer and less expereinced employees are given opportunities right out of the gate to take leadership positions and become subject matter experts in thier areas.

Cons

Employees in the Atlanta office have not had the luxury of the perks that normally come with consulting. LArge projects have created an atmosphere of industry with the long hours and dedication of consulting. Essentially employees are on call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week and consistently work on holidays and vacations.

Pros

Great place to start a career, you can learn quickly . I think for beginners who want to learn very quickly and are ready to do long working day, go ahead. There are many projects for fortune 500 companies and contrary to what others might say i found it very easy to go from projects to projects (it highly depends on how much you cost to the project). You can have easy access to knowledge and meet some experts. Negotiate well your salary because it's unlikely to be increased.

Cons

Pressure, hard to have a well balanced private life, high turnover. Managers have a very short term view put employees under high pressure to deliver on time. I have worked on projects where everybody on the team left except 1 or 2 guy (including me) because they were completly burned-out. Many pretend to leave because they can earn more in other companies but i am not convinced that's the only reason.
