Great working in such a positive environment. It taught me a lot, met great people, had a lot of fun. Positive experience overall.

Cons

Nothing was wrong with Boeing. Maybe I would have liked working in different sectors more, but overall great experience. Nothing was wrong.

Boeing does a great job at trying keep employees spirits high and motivated. They sponsor happy hours and athletics events to keep work and life balance.

Cons

Boeing needs to allow their people to work on different projects and different groups to get different experiences. Also eliminate the corporate culture feel.
