Good Pay and benefits. Interesting and varied jobs available.

Cons

Site managed is very poor. Questionable senior management ethics. One good example and one that is easily substantiated is that the San Antonio Senior managers park closer to the main entrance than handicapped employees. MANY other examples of such behavior

Very supportive of implementation of continuous improvement, excellent pay and benefits. High end technology. Many different programs to work on provide a good amount of opportunity to grow if that is an interst to you.

Cons

Red tape and politics. Culture seems to be moving in a direction that is less concerned about how employees are viewed.
