      Too much politics!

      Pros

      -truly international work environment with sites all over the world (especially in germany, frnace, spain and the UK) -multi-cultural teams -fascinating product

      Cons

      -too much politics (internal power fights etc.) -green flag syndrom (people tend to avoid sharing negative information for fear of repression) -EVERY piece of information transfered by powerpoint

      1. great opportunity to know excellent people from a diversity of contries and cultures, p.s. pilots and captains:) 2. the respect and trust among colleagues make it really a confortable place to work 3. good salary and conpensation, also with many training for employees' advancement

      Cons

      Transportation: very far from the city centre Just my personal view: impartial between Chinese and Expatriates regarding promotion opportunity and compensation level
